Enjoy this fun celebration of life with colors! Holi Hai at Govenor’s Island allows people to commemorate life and spread messages of love and peace in a worry-free space that allows people to express their emotions through color. Holi originated in Hindu mythology and has been celebrated traditionally every spring by throwing vibrantly colored powder at one another. Colors are available for purchase at the festival. Guests are recommended to wear white so you can see all of the vibrant colors that are thrown at you, in an event that is sure to be fun for the entire family.  There will be a designated kids area with bouncy houses, obstacle courses, crafts, and many more activities during this colorful spectacle.

A wide variety of dance and musical performances will keep you on your feet with their unforgettable rhythm while you enjoy delicious food options that include traditional Indian, Latin, and Asian cuisines.

To get to Govenor’s Island, take the ferry from Battery Maritime Building.
