Da Nico Ristorante

Original and Traditional Italian Dishes on Mulberry Street

In 1993, Da Nico Ristorante opened up shop. Since then, the premier Italian restaurant has been family owned and operated. It began life in the Mulberry strip of Manhattan’s Little Italy. Since then, it has sold a variety of Italian dishes and homemade pizza from a coal fired oven.

Da Nico then opened up a second location in the borough of Staten Island. Both locations offer pickup and delivery options or catering for a special event. Regardless of the one you visit, the owners promise to offer you “the best authentic Italian options” in New York City.

Its array of most famous dishes includes original pasta recipes and traditional Italian meals, such as chicken piccata or chicken cacciatore. Visitors can also order various pizza pies and Italian heroes and sandwiches. Though the restaurant is famous for its tasty food, its aesthetics draw hungry foodies in as well. Da Nico has an outdoor dining garden in its Manhattan location.

Since its early days, Da Nico has attracted a variety of people to both its locations. It is a favorite among both native New Yorkers and tourists. They’ve also served a myriad of famous customers, including former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani and members of the famous Yankees baseball team.
