World Sake Day happens on October 1st, but if you can’t wait until October, do not worry! DASSAI which is Japan’s premium artisan sake brewery is kicking-off the festivities early. On Thursday September 21st join a tasting between the clouds on the Haven Rooftop! The event will take place between 7pm-9pm and features 5 different varieties of Sake, including the ultra-luxorious DASSAI Beyond.
But the party doesn’t end here! Cocktails will be provided by Kenta Goto – named one of the top 10 mixologists in the USA by Bon Appetit magazine.
